I'm very much a tea person. I don't drink coffee generally but once in a blue moon I do (normally the coffee I drink is homemade). I don't add sugar to any beverages. I also don't drink sodas or store bought juices.
In the morning, I use to have fruit/vegetable smoothies....lately I have tea with milk...I quit cow milk in 2019 completely....I use to have almond milk tea in the morning...but lately I replaced the almond milk with oat milk...the tea is also infused with cinnamon, cardamom, fresh mint leaves and a teaspoon of reishi hot chocolate powder (made from a whole food blend of cocoa, dates, reishi, chocolate, and coconut)
In the afternoon I have black tea (normally it's Ceylon tea)...normally I infuse it with fresh mint leaves, cardamom and cinnamon.
After dinner, I drink oolang tea or jasmine tea or some other herbal tea...I have a collection of herbal teas.
I also get a lot of warnings from my mom to not buy tea anymore and to finish everything I have first...but I still do
I also like cinnamon...I add it in oatmeal as well...or sprinkle it on top of banana slices on a toast...also I sprinkle cinnamon on top of apple slices and microwave it for less than a minute and eat it. I try to to not consume too much neither.
