I have a different opinion, to get SS you should be little bit open and should be ready to do some scenes which is needed for IB kind of show, you can not expect SS as per your convenience. Fans always cry Laal ishq for Shivka not for other couples, actors should be ready for that lal ishq with that grace if they are not ready then how writer sahibba will write their SR.

She merged the shows to get maximum TRPs hoping that both the fandoms will watch the 1 hour show...warna show would no have run for 1 hour for 3 months long...

I remember Serial Activists said that Maha Sangam was experiment to see if that works and that time ti did work and IB was in top 10... but bcoz it was for 1 week and people really wanted to see the characters of both IB and DBO, they watched it...of course there was story ...

but then she messed up the story with lot of unwanted crap and the TRPs fell and then show got back to 30 min...
