Not saying Jan isn't depressing for really cold areas..but the whole calculating a specific monday with the said variables shouts marketing to me..I am sure apart from the travelling company others were happy to latch onto it .like restaurants, malls etc

On a side note, from what I gather..there are more than enough people who want to take advantage of the increasing awareness of mental illnesses and trivialize the issue
