Its the most depressing day of the year as per psychology. January 15 is supposedly the blue monday this year. I cam across this in the morning newspaper.

ST it was originally a marketing strategy for some travel company with some formula used to find this day 😆
If you look at the place wher I live January as the whole month is depressing with grey sky and white snow cover and nothing to look forward to. Its exam time for kids not to mention the day itself is too short with late sunrise and early sunset. All in all not a good picture.
On top outdoor activities is all time low and with all the food eaten during Christmas the scale too is out of whack 😆

ST with all the discussion on how we know each other is there a forum where you stayed long enough? 😕 😕
