Padma , our good night queen, how is your health now? You have to be very careful regarding your food, avoid oily stuff and chilies and spicy food for some more time.

Nataly, already started feeling the Christmas celebration with your festive market photos. Here too, in big Malls, markets are sparkling with Christmas decorations, they started selling goodies for kids and sale on many items for people like us !😊

Hello Rainbow Friends😃

Madhu and Avi my health is fine. No complaints. Madhu I don't use much spice or oils while cooking. Always try to use healthy oils and healthy style of cooking. I eat salads. All this I am practicing from last 15 years. Even I don't go for alopathy medicines, always try to implement home made or Ayurveda which need strict diet.

Yes last month all the above gone for a toss due to sudden demise of my father and the rituals that followed. Also I my pancreatitis do surface occasionally, when I miss food cooked by me😆
