Though I don't think we have reason to doubt the legitimacy of this article. I have some contacts in HT and just made some calls. The interview is legitimate, the journalist Shreya did talk to him

Okay.. but 1) the words don't seem to be something D usually says, so it could've been twisted by the person writing it 2) it was a general statement, though he was asked about S 3) If he is planning to accept, he would call a press meet himself na.. won't do it like this..
