What also scares me is D's history of switching off from his heroines totally, once something happens

He never switches off re.. If that is the case.. then i can definitely say S is different as he knows S from the time she started doing Photoshoot for SUPER movie..

After Billa, it only continued and he was the one who kept roping her into his movies..

He only wanted her in Billa, he only wanted her in Rebel and Mirchi and Baahubali.. That too.. he wanted her specially for Devasena character!🤢

And he never let any of t he girls near his family.. while S happily did that.. She is close to his family on a personal level.
