Saanjh was heartbroken when she went abroad, so I doubt she would've actively tried dating someone outside her usual circle of interactions. That means that this guy is most likely in her line of work and hence probably a lawyer. Could be a businessman or doctor as well, but that's a long shot IMO.

Also, literally speaking, if Samay is "with" someone, then you could say "unka waqt achcha chal raha hai". Would make sense for him to support Maya first (because everyone will be on her side justifying Arjun as an abusive husband) and then probably swing to Arjun's side.

Also note the end frame- it ended with Maya in between Samay and Arjun.

Frankly, the last 2 epis were almost the same, except for Samay's entry n Maaya/Saanjh confrontation...

After such a dhaasu opening epi of season 2, it's like sort of anti climatic...Such thrillers need a faster pace, imo...

True that. The passion and intensity from the first episode is not there any more. It has become quite slow. I feel the new guy is a badass character.

Why is there so much talk about Maya's pregnancy. I didn't catch anything in the episode. Was there any reference.

I love it how each fan group want the new guy for their lady, most don't want Arjun near their ladies. Poor duffer lol. And then there are a few who still feel Arjun's love for Maya. I would like to get a pair of glasses through which they are seeing this love 😕

Well, I can't comment on the new guy...It could be either ways till they reveal something about the guy, or till some symbolism is shown. So far, Saanjh's dialogues about him reflect him in the positive light...

My "neighbours" feel that though they don't want Arjun with Maaya anymore, yet, they want 😉

2) & they don't want Arjun with Saanjh either as that sort of defeats their earlier Saajun protests 😆

You could borrow the best telescope from NASA also...Still you won't be able to find where the love which Arjun once had for Maaya has evaporated & disappeared into space. 😆...So don't bother trying to search it...😉

Samay's idea of hug seemed like drawn from Munnabhai's book. 😆 He seems clever, tactful and calm headed. I'm kinda more inclined towards him belonging to medical field. We already have one lawyer, dusre ka kya karenge. Also, the last frame of Samay between Maya and Arjun. It could also mean that 'samay (time) ab tak Maya ke saath hai par ab Arjun ke saath hoga', may be? The first person he met was Arjun, not Maya. His dialogue of ghar pe wait karne wali ko mera pyaar dena could be like time's up, honey! Basically, I'm counting on Samay to bring upon Maya's downfall.

Main Saanjh ko bahut peetungi agar Samay ko Arjun ke liye choda toh. But I do have a strong feeling that she'll do exactly that. Or may be, anyone of you can have him if he's free. 🤣
