I don't know about loving myself but I've got my own back. I figured out I would become my own ally.

And that makes me want to smash my tv. I can't even watch online because hotstar is limited to India and I haven't quite learnt how to use a vpn. Seriously I feel like going to them and saying what are you thinking? Why on earth would you do this and why do you need 1000 episodes? But I stopped watching when I couldn't take my shows being cut short because of TRP and other stuff. Now I'm chilled. If I got time I'll see and if not, well I'll do something else.

Nah that's true. They're their own person.

Yeah but I understand better now how tough it is so I can see how they end up this way.

Exactly, comparatively bad stuff is airing over the years just for the sake of ratings and we hardly find an original concept or a good story with reasonable logic 😕 ,,, Good shows are cut down due to low trps ... Thankfully we dont have this case with our dramas, though i dont follow many😛 ...

Thing is that they want to make money and need it to give them returns. Plus people watch the "bad" stuff and like it. That's their thing and they're entitled to it. I just think producers need to have the guts to say we're making this show. It'll be this many episodes long exactly. We will film it all first. Then we will air it. If people like it then we do the same again. If they don't we made something and we move on. Done. Lower the budget, do something but stand up for your stuff and see it through. And those who want different stuff have to support it even if they don't have their favourite in it. If they like the concept etc give it a chance. Create demand and people will follow it.

I saw a few episodes of one. Imran Abbas is so cute though.

thats the basic idea ... i know people like bad stuff but the bad is completely and utterly illogical and unappealing to one's sane mind. And the filming of show must be done before it airs, and even if it doesn't the writers must not change the track according to trps or viewers choice. If creatives stand by their content, things might change.

Yeah I don't know how that works but I agree. It's amazing how much influence fans can have.

Definitely that's what they should try out but whether it will work or not, who knows.

Neither did I, I saw a picture and he looked cute in it.
