It is hot hot hot here too. Hoping for some respite mid-week, maybe a shower.

Had a 4-day Easter break. Guests 2 days wedding one day, today relaxing, though did some cupboard cleaning.

Watched a lot of gulaal. Need to slow down a bit. Gets heavy. It is very fast paced and a new issue crops up every episode or two. It was running concurrently with BV in 2010-2011. I Was not into ratings ec that time. Wonder how it fared. Storytelling continues to be riveting, even four months down. And SS did a stellar job with direction. So this is where he moved to after Anandi grew up. Dont blame him.

Mehek is really a dramatic serial. Quite a roller coaster ride. The story needs a push now.

The two most awaited denouements...

1) why dId Katappa kill Babhubali

2) What are Kanta Chachi's demands 😆

Aditi, keyboard pieces, do upload.

Right now no time for web series, will catch up Sarabhai though ⭐️

Getting off for four days in a row

I think Gulaal was average on TRP board. SSG admitted this in an interview.

According to him the show was promoted about a girl gifted with powers that helped her find water when the actual story they wanted to tell was about Deeyarvattu between a woman and a boy.

But to give them credit they stuck to their story and finished off on high note.

SSG himself said that he left the show just before the leap and came back for a short while when T made her entry and P was leaving and also in between he came when the show hit 1000th episode milestone because his name was there in the credits for 1000th episode.

I have a few issues with Gulaal but I guess they had to sacrifice the stories of Dushyant and Durgesh that transgender in favour of a triangle between Gulal Kesar and the other girl.

I would have loved to see more of Gulaal's scenes with the two 'D's they are such terrific actors and they had their own reasons for the way they did even if what they have done is unforgivable.

Somehow I am not so curious about Kattapa but waiting to see Anushka and Prabhas both as mother and son as well as husband wife.Anushka Shetty is such a terrific actress so am interested in how she does these two roles with the same actor.

finished Jack Reacher - movie (1st one)

watched FF8 - watch it for Dwayne and the villain - damn the lady is so crazy that she sends a chill down the spine, everytime she appears 😲

started with Middle S5 - such a fun crazy show😆 reminds me of my family..I guess everybody can relate to their own family..coz all of them are dysfunctional😆

oh just for reference - I am more like Brick🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 (will only get this - if you ll watch the show😆)

wow which world do I live in..

the villain in FF8 was Charlize Theron! 😲OMG how can I forget her or couldnt recognize her😲🤔 I had to wiki it to find out😲

she is the biggest contributor to the money this one will make..apart from Paul W's death and the fact that FF is a successful franchise..

I had to read reviews after watching the movie to realise that it also had Chunky Pandey, Gauhar Khan and Gracy Goswami 😲

The movie was such a screeching match, I guess I was more busy saving my ears 😆

Hi all

Me slept off again from 6pm till 5am😛😆

Managed to catch up with Mehek episode.

Shaurya's heart seemed to have switched it's side going by the tattoo😛

So we now know from the shower that the tattoo is real and it is capableof shifting it's location or is it his heart that changed it's location?😆

For once KC said all the right things but don't know if she came up with the idea of kidnap or someone really kidnapped her.

Charlize Theron is the villain in FF8?😲

She is one hell of an actress who is beautiful as well as talented.I think she is one of the most versatile lead actresses who can play negative roles as well as positive roles⭐️

I started reading the book rise of Sivagami.It started off well.Very readable just like other books from Anand Neelakantan.

Now I am so much into films being made in my mother tongue.

Finally managed to catch Mohan Lal's Telugu Malayalam bilingual Janata garage.It had such a lovely concept and story totally botched up by trying to marry them with commercial elements.

The movie itself has become a big hit but lost out on quality because of the way all the songs and fights were forced into the story.Wish the writer/director spent some efforts into weaving those elements into the story in a more convincing manner.🥱

its kind of a unique concept..I am planning catch up through webisodes..Naren's character is intriguing..😲 that teaser where he is walking on broken glasses..OMG😲😲

Zee is into taking novice actors/ actresses for their show now? atleast Mehek and PA has leads as newbies right?

😆😆😆 I like Gauhar though..she does fiesty well..

what happens in the end?

IDK what Vidya is doing..I mean its not that she isnt choosing different scripts..just nothing seems to be working out for her..such a shame, considering she is a brilliant performer..

I mean she puts in so much hard work and its just not bearing fruits...
