While I was watching BV didn't feel the need to check out other shows.

For me BV ended with Anandi's character and after that I didn't watch any other show.

Was reading a lot.

Now I am watching 3/4 shows for various reasons. Some shows because I like the performance of the cast and some just for pure entertainment they provide like Mehek.

DSDT mainly wanted to see how SS will turn out. Can't bear to watch that level of melodrama complete with bad performances 🥱 But just hope the show works for him though even if I don't watch.

Hello all!!!

Haven't watched Bhajirao but heard that the boy who is playing Bhajirao is none other than dear little Varun, Suguna's son from BV.

Looks like it is getting good reviews.Hope it does as well as Maharana Pratap did.

JNDSD -Don't know why the makers try to deal with topics with which they are not familiar🤢

Whole terrorism kidnap track looks so forced and that too the writers fanning the hostility with their very superficial approach to the topic.

I was reminded how well Maniratanam dealt with the topic in Roja through the dialogues between Aravindswamy and Pankaj Kapoor.Giving both views on the same problem.When I watched this movie in Tamil my knowledge of Tamil was not that good but still could appreciate the performances and the dialogues.

Smita Bansal and the actress playing the main Male lead are much more interesting than the FL though. Smita Bansal's transformation from sweet loving mother who is idealistic to a mother whose love for her son deranges her thinking process is very good.😊

DSDT - Have a lot of questions on that too. It is very difficult to figure out the point they are trying to make in those melodramatic scenes🥱

This PH seems to be only capable of producing dramas which are full of melodrama and loud performances.

Way back someone told me to watch the scene in Lamp Beendini show where the family discovered that Lamp and Wick are yet to consummate their marriage. That drama was so OTT and loud. I think at about the same time Shekhar pariwar discovered the same thing about Anandi Shiv marriage.The way bot the sets of creative teams handled the issue tells us why BV will be remembered for ever.

I feel that most Indian TV serial makers/film makers don't understand the value of subtle scenes and very subtly expressed emotions.Subtly expressed emotions touch hearts in a way loud expressions can't.

Shaurya - stubborn, cunning, manipulative and now weak but puts up a facade so egoistic that he would rather fall on his face than ask for help 😛😆

Mehek is one lead who impressed me after Anandi though she is no where near Anandi.

Other day I decided to watch a few episodes of T's old show Choti si Zindagi because I see a lot of her fans addressing as Isha.😆

Well I can't say much about her performance but surprising that she stood out in a show like this.

May be this girl does have certain something that makes people notice her.

Oh that boy is Sugna's son he was in Balveer too Boy is good

but I m maha impressed with Manish Wadhwa 👏 he is playing Bajirao's father first Peshwa Balaji Vishwanath Bhatt man he just ⭐️ his accent body language despite being non maharashtrian his marathi accent is superb 👏

Anuja Sathe and Pallavi Joshi playing Radhabai and Maharani Tara Rani are equally good 👍🏼 and Bajirao's siblings are sho cute and natural 😳 Chimaji and Bhihubai 😛

so far Peshwa Bajirao going good

Peshwa is pitted against SSK and YHM I think and seem to be doing well for the channel.Good for the PH.

Quality seems to have made an exit from Rangeela channel 🤢

I think this channel will improve only when two producers start to fail.

Can't bear to tune into the channel

Watch CS on Voot though.

My SIL got used to watching Rangeela channel because of me and she has lot more tolerance to crap than we have . She watched gen next BV and still watches Udaan She is going to give SS's show also a try .

She suggested NBTNHKK season 1 for me . Is it worth watching ?

Which reminds me that I have to start watching Peshwa 😆. Now that my 10'o clock show is taken a break after 3 seasons, I have some time before hitting the bed.

Can't bear to tune-in into Rangeela.🤢 It is so NOT a happening channel.

In fact am quite liking the simple attires being sported by characters on Zee, whatever i see of them during Mehak ad breaks.😊

Mehak is quite enjoyable for now. Even after all the illogical stuff that happened in it 😃

Peshwa is fab for now - Bihu-Bajirao scenes are so fun!😆 oh yeah Manish Wadhwa! its always a pleasure to watch great acting and Manish and Anuja are absolutely flawless!

actually the casting overall is bang on sofar..and I love such bright beautiful PH values😆😛

I am not going to bother much about the historical accuracy, coz one thing I have understood is that its only 20% reality and 80% fiction / creative liberties et al - as long as whatever they fictionalize too makes sense in the realm of things..

Peshwa serial 👏 -have started watching it.. I do not know how SO manages it - but the way they handle kids in their shows and with very strong supporting cast ⭐️- this show is interesting.. Liking the power play and the dialogues around mind games!! - was badly missing this after the phase of Chanakya and kid Ashoka.. will watch Peshwa until the kid grows up.. the child actor playing Baji is very convincing and his siblings, friends are cute..

DSDT - watching on voot - after 9.3.0/10 it is just impossible to stay awake SS is good as Parth..when I see him in DSDT - he does not remind me of SRS..

but that show needs 1. to tone down OTT stuff 2. equal focus on some of the strong characters/ cut down on characters 3. make up and those sets . wish they work on these lines and shift the show to 9.30 slot..

DSDT makes me miss BV more than any other show currently I'm watching.

For me DSDT currently is the sum of bad writing, bad performances,over the top drama,loud makeup garish costumes, gaudy settings and the list goes on...

I try to watch it but find it unbearable.Only good thing is SS got himself a new identity with this role. In BV his performance was the result of the good work put in by not just him but the entire creative team as well as the top notch supporting cast .In this show obviously his performance is affected by the absence of all those factors.

The only reason I tuned into this show was because of SS but for me to watch it every day there needs to be some more factors . Good at least his phangurls are getting to see what they always wanted.😆

Good luck to him and his phangurls.

JNDSD and Ghulam have some really good performances among the shows I am watching and Mehek as well as JNDSD lead couple have good chemistry. These three shows are giving me what I like right now.Will watch them as long as they show me what I like.Will not miss any of these three shows like I miss BV .

Sigh!!!! BV was one complete package . No wonder I didn't feel the need to watch any other show while Anandi's story was being told.

Like the fact that Mehek is fighting for her rights and trying to bring him to heels even if her methods are questionable😛😆

No problems if he is a bad ass but why give excuses for his rotten behaviour?He can be as bad as he wants and can still be reformed without giving excuses for his current behaviour.😡

The other great show I watch on Sitara has crossed limits in their efforts to show patriotism.Utterly ridiculous🤢Who asked them to make the third wheel an army guy if they can't create sensible tracks for that character and family?😡

I am yet to watch DSDT episodes and Ghulam episodes.
