Our Onam celebration at office is tomorrow , we have planned for traditional lunch and other activities and just because a woman is organizing and leading the celebration committee , many of the senior's are on leave tomorrow . this happened last time also. I don't know Sanno how to handle this , the management is aware of this and they know that the employees are not doing the right thing but they are being diplomatic as usual .
