Haha, no idea. The best things are unplanned. We never planned of taking alcohol to college, sleeping in classes, smoking hookah behind the school building and doing what not on our trips and all those stupidities. That all just happened.

OMG I just now remember the story when me, my best friend and two male friends of us were locked out of the youth hostel.

It was in France, we were staying in youth hostel which had a closing time of 12 at night. We had gone away and have been drinking and just going through the streets and didn't realize the time. It was almost 12 when we noticed and then just ran and ran and ran and my heel broke, my friend Sofiya fell even and it started raining and lots of huffing and breathing when we reached, it was already locked and then after 2 hours of staying outside someone finally came down and got us in. It turned out all the other idiots were paryting up into their rooms and had been playing the drinking game so none attended their phoned where we called so much and left messages.

And once we were in, we also started playing and then when we woke up, all were lying like corpses scattered in the room with hangover. 🤣

Pari it depends on how we view each and everyone... if we are able to be on the same wavelength as these weird one pieces then its not a problem but if not then we would never interact with them 😉

As far as I see it is our perception of people that is important... a conservative (like me 😛) is a person who imposes conservatism upon themselves (my view) and does not expect others to follow the same...But invariably when we try to interact with others there comes a clash of mindset which might turn ugly when you try to impose your thoughts and conservatism on others... When you talk of your experiences I just read it with interest and leave it to your discretion to be the way you want to be as long as you are safe and live life with a clear consience😳

wisely said girl. Seriously, I hate it when people try to put their thinking and opinion on others. And that's what - as I have experienced - conservative poeple (blinded by traditions and religion) do in India. They try to justify their own way of living as the best and decent one. Hey, how will one know the taste of tea if they haven't drunk in their life ever? Until it's not my conscious who says drinking and smoking and all this is wrong, it's none of their concern right?

But I said it would give a heart attack to conservatives because in india, people think that a girl drinking, having fun with their friends and all is characterless. Alcohol doesn't define my character, my behaviour to others defines it. You think my parents know what I do when not at home? They know none of stories. But one day will come when I'll tell them, see, I did all that but that didn't change my character. That didn't make me characterless and indecent. I'm still the same person I always have been and am safe and all healthy and not that rude girls that are shown in movies and Indian TV serials. Every girl that drinks and goes out partying in Indian TV soaps is a girl out of hands, not sanskaari and a villain spoiling her own life. I always just laugh at that 🤣

Pari stories and soaps are not created with only characters that are too good or sanskari but because of what went wrong ... so the concept is not about drinking or smoking but what went wrong when they went out of control ... this is true not just in Indian soaps but also in many international soaps...

But all I wish to say is drinking and smoking over long periods in injurious to health and especially for women (this is a proven fact internationally too 😉)

Of course drinking and smoking is harmful. Not just for women only. They can make you addictive and spoil your lever and lunges. that's why we drink and smoke only at special occassions. Like trips, because basically a trip without some fun is not a wild experience 😆 and drinking in school we only did when we had free periods, not else. And hookah also only during the time we used to gather together after our finals. So don't worry, we have always been responsible. It's just that soaps will only show that all as a villanious act and every girl who drinks and goes partying becomes a villain and unsanskaari. And I hate that. That's a misconception. Not everyone goes out of control and does wrong things after drinking. let's consider all those saas and bahus who do wrong things even without drinking 🤣

I mean, some even go on to killing each other, and that all is sanskaari I ask those soap directors😕

Bhai, I'm not for debate on such controversial topics for the simple reason they tend to get ugly and throw around a lot of negative energy... I think we can do better without such negative energy...Everyone is free to live as they please as long as they dont disturb the peace around them and of others 😉

I think one main reason why they show villainous people do drinking and smoking and all other nonsense for the simple reason they want to emphasise the extent to which these villainous people can go to live as per their rules...Also it is in dark shady places that drinking smoking and underhand dealings take place...not that they dont happen elsewhere - probably to emphasise the fact that it is in the open in such places 😆
