There are many I can recommend but some are as follows

The Nightingale, Winter garden by Kristin Hannah...amazing author...i loved her style of writing...

My sister's keeper by Jodi Piccoult...there are plenty of books written by her so you can pick anyone to try

No looking back by Shivani Gupta ...it was really good and I have recommended many ...

The longest ride by Nicholas Sparks ...if you like books on relationships... Nicholas is a good bet ...

The book thief by Markus Zusac...one of the best books I have read so far on wars ...not sure if you like it ...

The almond tree is another memorable book for me ...dont remember the author name but it touched me

You can try John Boyne books depending on your interest in the stories ...

I m going to start with Room by Emma today ...reviews are good

Edit ...how can I forget the evergreen ...Sidney Sheldon ...and James Patterson...and John Grisham ...and Dan Brown ...they never disappoint😳

I have read one Jane Austen book but still not managed to read this one .m.its quite popular

For icing you mean?

I get either whipped cream if I bake a plain cake.. or sometimes use icing cream. We also get a lot of coolies and all here...

If you want to use it for layering between cakes, use double cream or think double cream.
