@Lolly - I agree with what you said.
It all started with killing of Burman Wahi (a militant leader in Kashmir who was popular among youth). Then Uri attacks followed where supposedly around 16-17 grenades were used under 3 minutes on their base camp. so government took this tough decision to kill terrorists irrespective of their location in Kashmir or POK.
