From the age of "Satyug" ... accusations against a woman have been enough to bring her down...
In modern day and age...in a place like America...nothing proved otherwise...
..

She is one data point...Not sufficient to verify any theory...
But I still wait for the day...when this is not debatable...

Funny you say that. I was hearing the debate on radio regarding cheap day care availability in our province. One of the female political view was it is must for gender equality so that woman can go out and earn. LIKE SERIOUSLY- Where is the gender equality when it is considered that babies are women's responsibility😲

@Nandy - I have always liked Samir Soni for more than few reason. I think he was the first crush of mine on Indian TV😳. Although people were all gaga over Shahrukh since Fauji days I some how never liked him. Although i remember going to watch Deewanagi with all my college friends since it was his first movie debut.
SS never faired well in bollywood even with his debut in China gate.

If he is quoting the number of first generation immigrants who are in these positions, then I would really question our school systems...why aren't we producing more enterprenuers ...! If the number is referring only to the ethnicity of people...I would be concerned of racist bias...

Samir Soni...who?

BHavi...I am reading this book right now...It is an eye opener to know the discriminatory practices and laws that existed against women in the US as recently as the 1970s, the 80s. Then thee are social and gender stereotypes that are still there in a significant way in many people's minds...in some ways the western societies are not so much advanced compared to a place like India...and in the US, we have now selected a president who could potentially take us back in time...and wipe out some of the progress...

Hola folks,
Sush, Samir Soni is the actor not so famous however he is one of those actors that you just like. He is famous for his role of gay designer in Fashion or the eldest son in movie Vivaah and one of the sons in Baghbaan. He is married to Neelam. Here is his pic.

Equality in its own is a very sketchy subject. It does not matter whether you are in east or west. Its just that political and Human resources law are so stringent that you do not see it happening openly here. Else think how come there is not a single President in US that is woman.
Socio Economic equality too is seen a lot here. Even at public school levels kids judge others based on the brand of clothes they wear or gadgets they have.

One of the biggest reason for the shop lifting.

The new President elect- what do one say about him. The guy has to prove himself. Although I think he will not do anything that will further malign his image. Hopefully he knows what he is supposed to do and that he listens to his advisors who are well qualified rather taking some nasty decisions.

Oh Ok...I know this guy...yes from Fashion! I remember seeing him in other places too .

What can I say about the Trumpster...I am most worried about the possibility that he may get to appoint multiple judges on the Suprme Court...effect of which will last much more than the next 4 years...
