So far no one from the Hindi Film Industry has commented or shared their views about Salman Khan's statements.
But, Kangana Ranaut stands out from the crowd when it comes to speaking her mind. As we all know, she isn't scared of anyone and will support what she thinks is right.
Recently, at an event when Kangana was asked about her views on Salman's statements she said that it's the most horrible and insensitive thing that he said.
"We all agree that it is a horrible thing to say. It's something which is extremely insensitive, but I would like to say that let's not encourage that mentality where you point fingers at each other and want to feel greater by pulling them down and rolling people down."
She further added, "As a society, we have to take responsibility and stand united. And it is disgraceful for the society, not an individual."
"We all collectively feel sorry for that thought process," she concluded.
Actor Mukesh Khanna, who plays Lalaji in "Waaris", will soon quit the show after his character expires.
"Waaris", which is based on cultural issues and shows a mother bringing up a girl child as a boy, will soon take a seven-year-leap. Before that, Mukesh will leave the show after his character will die in a thrilling horseriding sequence featuring the actor.
"It was a great experience working on a different show like 'Waaris' which focuses on the practices prevailing in the society such as a male child being preferred over a female child.
"Also, the last scene I shot literally gave me chills and it was a very memorable experience. My exit in the show is necessary to take the story forward and I request all viewers to watch the show as it creates awareness," Mukesh, popularly known as the small screen's "Shaktimaan", said in a statement.
"Waaris", aired on &TV, features Aarti Singh in the lead as Amba.
