Actress Mona Singh, who became popular as the desi 'Ugly Betty' for essaying the lead role in the 2003 show "Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin", says she is keen to be a part of the second season of the show if it ever happens.

When asked if she would like to star in a reboot of "Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin", Mona said, "Of course! I loved the show. It gave me all I wanted. If there is a season two, I would jump at it."

The 34-year-old actress says that there is a time for every kind of show.

"I think there is a time for every kind of show. Like 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain', 'Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin, 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' had a phase. I don't know how it will be accepted now. Maybe it will be a risk," she said.

Mona will now soon be seen in the upcoming supernatural TV show " Kawach Kaali Shaktiyon Se", a finite series for Colors channel.

"KawachKaali Shaktiyon Se", which will air from June 11, also features Vivek Dahiya and Maheck Chahal.

that he is a good orator..there was no doubt about..

esp coming after Manmohan singh

I feel Rahu;l has improved in 12 months too..in his oration..or has hired better people..but he tends to shoot of the mouth

the problem is in the name of Modi wave, BJP ministers who didnt really deserve to win also ended up winning ( and the good ministers of opposition lost) and these select few are the ones who are acting up and messing things

lastly, all those cribbing about his foreign tours,..dont see that it almost always comes to good..

be it the port deal of the recent MTCR

With soaring TRP's writers are introducing larger than life characters andKrishnadasi is no different. If you're following the show, it initially began with the idea of the protagonist in search of her history of devadasis, she being the descendant.

The show has already moved on to the descendant of Krishnadasi married to Aryan (Shravan Reddy) and is believed to be possessed by her Dadi saas following few antics and other things you must have seen in any Vikram Bhatt movie in the past.

No prizes for guessing what follows suit, a Tantrik, and a totka!

Tantrik Kaveri will now promise to shoo away the evil spirit or whosoever resides inside Aradhya (Sana Amin Sheikh) by the latter walking on burning coal. Aradhya who is already not in control of her senses (thank the writers ofKrishnadasi) will decide to take up the Agnipariksha. Aryan, who cannot see Aradhya's pain, will step on the burning coal to save his ladylove.

This Agnipariksha will only get Aryan and Aradhya closer. Let's wait to see which trick in the book Pavitra (Shweta Mahadik) uses next to separate them!

Mahek Chahal, who has been seen in films like Wanted and reality shows like Power Couple has now stepped into the fiction show realm. Mahek will be seen playing the role of Manjulika, a soul trapped on earth on the show Kavach Kaali Shaktiyon Se.

The show revolves around Paridhi (Mona Singh)and Rajbir (Vivek Dahiya)who are haunted by a spirit named Manjulika. Manjulika is a spirit who has died in vain. It is said that when her person dies without finishing or accomplishing a task, his or her spirit wanders the human world until it has achieved what it wants. In this case, Manjulika is an old lover of Rajbir who couldn't win his heart. Ever since she died, her spirit has been haunting all of Rajbir's past girlfriends and killing them. Rajbir is now going to get married to Paridhi and naturally Paridhi is Manjulika's next target!

We Spoke to Mahek Chahal about her character on the show and how is she coping with her injury. Check out what she has to say-

Can you tell us about your character on the show?

"I play a very dark, seductive kind of character. Manjulika is madly in love with Rajbir. She couldn't get him while she was alive and now she is back from the dead as a spirit. She will eliminate anyone who tries to get in between her and Rajbir."

How has the transition from films to reality shows and from reality shows to Fiction been?

"I have always wanted to try fiction shows. Everything has its own specifications and qualities. It is a new experience and I love it. it feels great to be a part of this show."

How are you going to manage shooting with your injury?

"Colors and Balaji have been very supportive. I don't think of this injury as a road block. I see it as a small obstacle that I have to overcome. I am a strong person and I am pretty sure I can overcome my injury."

How is it working with your co-stars?

"My Co- stars are just fabulous! I am really thankful to God that I have such a nice team to work with. Mona and Vivek are both really got at their work and I am sure that the audience would love to see us together on screen."

Chidiyaghar Mohalla is returning from a wedding and is faced with a new challenge as their bus develops a technical snag. The entire wedding party is then forced to go look for shelter so that they can spend the night and arrange for another mode of transport.

They then head to a nearby village, where they see the villagers dancing in someone's wedding procession. Feeling excited they go ahead and join the baraat, however, when they enquire about the bride and groom, the villagers are reluctant to divulge any details. They bump into an old man, who warns them and asks them to leave immediately. He also directs them to an old Haveli where they can spend the night. All hell breaks loose when they open a box and strange incidents happen in the Haveli which leaves all of them petrified.

Will the members of the Chidiyaghar Mohalla escape this situation unscathed?

Aditi Sajwan, who plays Koyal said, "The members of Chidiyaghar Mohalla encounter some supernatural activities while they are put up in an old Haveli. Everyone is scared as they realise that they are trapped and there is probably no way out. They consult a Tantrik who then tries to rescue them and help them escape."
