NO!!! Hum Tumhare hain sanam was completely different.. What was similar in the two films?!! SRK's character in HTHS was just plain egoistic and shakki.. nothing like Chalte Chalte

With Kajol SRK did some really romantic and sensual scenes but with Rani he did quite a few bold scenes,going by the standard of Shahrukh and my watching capacity...

And in case of Preity all the films had some tragedy for some reason...Wo nehi mile,they were not made for each other an if they met they met when they were old and lost precious time of their lives.Pattern hai...😆
