Revealed: This actress will play Barun Sobti's love interest in his next TV show

Recently, Media was abuzz with news about TV heartthrob Barun Sobti's return to the small screen after 'Iss Pyaar ko Kya Naam Doon'. The actor has been signed to play the lead in Zee TV's upcoming show to be produced by BBC. The latest information that we have received is that beautiful actress, Shivani Tomar has been roped into play Barun's love interest.

Sources infrom that earlier Krishna Mukherjee of 'Jhalli Anjali' was considered for the role. However, things did not materialize with her and Shivani Tomar of 'Pavitra Rishta' fame was locked for the character. Shivani will play the role of a girl named Kiran in the show.

Sony TV's newly launched show 'Ek Duje Ke Vaaste' is attracting the viewers with its exceptional concept. The promos are garnering appreciation for Nikita Dutta and Namik Paul, who star as the main leads in the show, as they make a good pair.

Known as tall, dark and handsome, Namik Paul is a 6'4 inches tall, whereas the gorgeous Nikita Dutta is 5'7 inches, which makes people compare them with the legendary couple Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan!

Namik states, "I am very tall, which is an advantage as well as a disadvantage. While we are shooting, we look like Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan when it comes to comparing height. Nikita usually has to take a small block to stand on to match my height."
