I have different view of homeless pets here...my country/state is not hygienic/clean one...I know wat homeless eat most of d time...and ppl throw adorable breeds outside if they get wound which they buy for many thousands...and day by day it looses fd beauty which cannot be reversed back...mom took care that kind od pet once.. sick ppl do exists if ppl arent ready to adopt them or government is not considering these pets I would say its better to kill them stone heartedly :'(...can see them roaming in roads with those wounds n eat from garbage/human waste
