In an interview:

Interviewer: One thing you like about each others character
Barun: uh... I think Khushi is simple. That's nice.
Sanaya: Chiii. I don't like anything about his character. How can anyone like Arnav?
Barun: No one likes me na... 😕😕

CAN SOMEONE TELL THIS GUY THAT THE ONLY PERSON WE DREAM ABOUT IS ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA!

Well, Ananya, I can drool over ASR at a distance. I am not sure if I would like him if he were closer. Wait. Hell, I would most certainly like it. What was my point, again?

On another note, the collab OS with Ruchi that we just wrote randomly will get posted tomorrow midnight. Check it after your exams. Don't complain later that I don't tell you anything & that you get to know everything last.

Haha, I have watched this interview.😆
Barun has said it many times that he is more of a Shravan kind in real life, which z of course evident..
ASR is a tough character to be with when it comes to real life. This makes me feel I'm bipolar, cuz looking at him on screen doing that push n pull with Khushi, I go ☺️, if someone was to even do an iota of that kinda manhandling in real life to me, I wud shred him to pieces 😡🤣

@Tasfia- Yeah, u can't trust lappy(s) .. Do keep a backup, saying from experience 😆
About the show u r talking about, just be patient, I'm sure they would.
They have uploaded PKYEK, MJHT, etc, I'm sure it's all gonna be there.
After all, with declining revenues from the main SP channel, reruns of old shows on Hotstar is their only sahara 😆

Ok, I was a huge critic of EJ. Ananya knows this. I basically complained about the crappiness after every episode. But I must say, I have nevertheless watched the 2nd half of 7th episode & the whole of 8th episode multiple times. In fact, in recent times, when I don't have much time to watch random old episodes but want a dose of ArHi, I just watch the last episode. I obviously, fast forward the flashbacks. But the point is, despite all its flaws, I liked that tiny glimpse into Arnav-Khushi's life, 3yrs later. I didn't care much for the disaster that were the previous parts. But this last part, just ArHi, either the writers were less terrible or it was the SaRun/ArHi factor at play. It is lovely. And, I don't know if the director & writer actually put some thought into the level of comfort a 3yr old marriage would have brought between Arnav-Khushi or it was the actors' doing, there was that perfect feel of their kind of marital bliss-full of easy banter, teasing, arguing, flirting, & totally embracing the ownership of each other. There is ease, there. And, I love that. Because if there was still simmering tension, I would have rolled my eyes & moved on. And, I don't know if I am making sense. But it just feels like a couple that has finally found their normalcy & their contentment.

^I totally get what you are saying.
Although like many, I too have the same question.
Why NOT a pregnant Khushi?
When Arnav had clearly stated his wish to have a family with her twice on the show.
Once, a little sarcastically, but second time, quite seriously. 😔

Loool. That is one thing that makes me super happy in EJ. I did not want a pregnancy track. Ever. Not on the show. Not in EJ. I can understand how people would love to see that for their favourite couple. But it is just that I am in that minority that doesn't want a neat, bow-tied, textbook ending for the love story. And, in my mind there would be nothing more textbook than a pregnancy in terms!s of happily-ever-afters. In the show, I simply was against it because they needed time to grow as a happy couple. They needed time for Khushi to make something of herself. And, they needed to really make some years worth of great memories as a couple after all the chaos that they had had to deal with before jumping into planning a family & parenthood. That way, I am glad Aarav happened.

Ok. She is the newest vidder on the block. And, she makes VMs like nobody's business. Many of her VMs are so beautiful that I have wept watching them. So, if you haven't already watched them, do yourself a favour, people & watch them.

^ I get where you are coming from. In the show, I didn't really want it either, given I know how pregnancy tracks are handled in Indian daily soaps.
However, EJ being an epilogue, I definitely wanted it, albeit that's the last we saw of Arnav Khushi together in their choti duniya. That's about it.

Have you ever watched or read a love story & thought, hell, these two break my heart? I have, a few times. Pride & Prejudice, Paradise did that. Monica-Chandler, Mark-Lexie (Grey's Anatomy) did that. But no other pair did that as effectively & as consistently as Arnav-Khushi did. Is it just me or is the clawing need, the bone deep longing, so very palpable between these two! I think, they were resilient enough to have survived had they not met each other. They probably would have survived even going their separate ways on meeting. But the difference between what they were when they were in each other's orbit & when they weren't is what clinches it. They were better off with each other than without. And, not many pairs make me want to say that. And, God! What a half life of sorts they lived until they met & fell in hate, then, came the soul deep yearning, & you can practically see these two need to each other. Khushi needs Arnav because she doesn't exercise her right on anybody the way she does with him, & this was true even when they were only hating each other. There was gratitude in most of her other relationships, perhaps with an exception of Payal. But here, with this man, they were such equals & she owned him, mind, body & soul. She could be a brat to him & get away with it. He was all hers. And, Arnav? He wasn't exaggerating when he spoke about how everything was adhura before she stormed into his life. I haven't seen a man need, desire, yearn & long for a woman more than Arnav did for Khushi. His attraction to her drove him mad. But I think, it was her craziness that did him in.

Bear with me. I am watching these VMs & I can't help but ramble. Honestly, while the actors took the whole thing to another level, the show itself was magic.
