im actually summing up the ideas here :P

We can start with a group of travellers entering the place and interacting with the kids on Christmas. When the group of travellers know that these kids have never celebrated Christmas, they come up with something special for them.

All the ideas listed can be presented as something the group of travellers have planned for the kids.

We could use decorating the homes wala idea, where the kids decorate their home and surprise their parents.

As a token of appreciation the kids are be called up on a empty ground where a surprise is palnned for them (the santa ones). Here the carols can be taught to the children and we can state how the children spent their christmas eve singing carols merrily and also the christmas dinner part. (if there are special dishes made on christmas (which we can google) we can list them in the form of a feast in our post)

In the next part we can include "10 things todo this christmas". These 10 things can be shown in forms of stalls in a fair? we can state what each stall does. Eg: In one, drawing competitions are organized,in another a christmas movie is being shown etc. We can mention separately about each stall in our post, along with the children's reaction to it.

in the end we can have our experts, stating how they would make christmas special for the children (i.e CCs and DTs)
