Okay so a few ideas discussed :

1. We members take up the role of Christmas characters (Elves) and secretly leave to stock presents for the kids at night but mess up and get caught by the kids --> We go from there with the story

2. Frozen fairies give the gifts and when they do acts of kindness they unfreeze

3. We are all going on a trip while we come across fosters of the children and we plan to surprise them with presents.

We should either come up with new ideas or build upon one of these so far...
