I use the hot-bags only for my feet. I don't wear socks at home, and by the time I get into bed, my feet a almost frozen. Also - I cannot fall asleep with cold feet, and the best way to warm them up is to keep a hot-bag at foot level. This works amazingly - because as my feet get heated up, I slowly fall into a slumber... 😳😳

Before heading out though, I wrap a scarf around my hand - just so that it has an extra layer of protection. This works too...

@Vrats ka haal-chaal: Well, I ran into the dabbey-wala again. I had not written any replies to his mails and messages a while ago, and then he had stopped messaging me too... and I thought that that was it...

But then we met on the bus. My hand was still in a cast that day. He came over to talk to me, and then that evening, he even came over to help me buy the groceries and to put them in place. I didn't ask him to come, it was his own initiative...

I don't know where it is headed with him though... He is always in some problem or the other. He is still working the student job (has not managed to find a real job still!), so he will mope about it all the time... and then since the middle of December, his father has been very seriously ill... I was listening to all this and I felt really sorry for him, but I know that if I take it seriously, I will again be heading down the same path as I was last summer...

So, vrat ka phal milnaa abhi baaaki hai... I really like the dabbeywala though. 😳😳

@Kwerky: Haan... IF is the only place where I know her. I know of no other way to contact her. In the larger scheme of things, it would have been good if we knew of other ways to reach out to her.
