if you're unwell, have high bp, diabetic, or have any sort of illness, you're exempted from fasting. And any sort of strenuous activity is usually told to be refrain from doing so in this holy month. No no, it's ok, I completely understand where you're coming from. basically, we've been taught how we should be thankful to almighty that he's provided us everything and how we should share things with poor and needy people. hume unke dard ka ehsas rahe and hume value ho sab chezo ki

wow, I never knew that

actually how better know a poor's pain and experience than by staying hungry yourself, that's quite deep

unfortunately all those positive aspects in islam are never told or spoken about, it's all about terrorism everywhere whereas terrorism doesn't have any religion
And terrorists don't just happen to be muslims but there are terrorists belonging to other religions and communities too

I hope people would understand that

Heard about the Manchester bombings? Everyone talking about it but I read somewhere that the man's sister told he had seen his city being bombed and innocents being killed in his country and he wanted to avenge them

his way was wrong and nothing can justify his actions but it's high time western people understand what their governments have been doing in the countries where these "terrorists" come from and why they develop hatred towards them

Muslims are dying daily in syria yet ppl claim all those attacks are done by Muslims only.
Ramadan month is beautiful and it's proved scientifically also that fasting is really good of your overall health. Many non Muslims fast here because they feel really good after fasting.

PS All these terrorist will rot in hell one day..

yes, and those terrorists hiding under the masks of a politician too

I should really try fasting but I know myself, just last week I ate at 5 pm and then woke up at 4 am in the morning and couldn't sleep anymore because I was so hungry
so made myself kheer and ate and slept😆
that's my life, it's about food :D
