Gupta, who made "Kaante", a completely male-centric entertainer, has this time taken a detour and helmed "Jazbaa", which is about a strong woman.

"I have worked with male actors like Sanjay Dutt, John Abraham and many others, but I can tell you Aishwarya is no less. She is the hero of 'Jazbaa'," Gupta said here.

He said working with Aishwarya on set was effortless for him.

"I didn't have to do anything tremendously different or dramatic for the film as It was easy. While male actors did not come to set after doing homework, Aishwarya was more disciplined," he added.

Aishwarya essays an advocate in the film, and her confronts a tense situation since her daughter's life is in jeopardy at the condition that she needs to get a dreadful criminal out by defending his case.

"Main waapis aa gaya", says Salman Khan on his return to the silver screen as Prem in the much awaited trailer of "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" (PRDP). It's surely a double bonanza for the actor's fans as he sports two different looks.

The trailer, launched on Twitter on Thursday, unfolds a new and royal chapter about love and family ties, painted on a 'larger than life' canvas with music and dance weaving in a 'desi' fantastical story.

Salman says it is the "most beautiful film" he has done with director Sooraj Barjatya, with whom he has teamed up with after 16 years.

Salman shared: "PRDP is for everyone with family and wanting to have one. Every family has issues, but people who have family are blessed. This is one of the most beautiful film that Sooraj/Rajshri and me have done together in every aspect. The trailer will convey #PRDPtrailer."

The actor looks equally good in both avatars in the trailer. His clean shaven look shows his character as an innocent and gullible person while the mustachioed get-up suggests an angry young man's demeanour.

A family drama, PRDP also stars Sonam Kapoor, Anupam Kher and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

The trailer opens with Salman bowing down in front of his family portrait, and then mentions that he is back. It then showcases a colourful montage of clips from the movie, which seems to be replete with music, grand sets and lavish song-and-dance sequences.

And it's not all about love and romance, as the trailer also promises a fair share of edgy action, but in a royal way - be it a chandelier falling down in front of Salman, an exciting chariot chase or a swordfight.

Sonam also posted the video with a tweet that read: "Couldn't wait to share this guys!!".

The much anticipated film will release on November 12, a day after the festival of Diwali. Presented by Fox Star Studios, "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" is produced by Rajshri Productions.

The trailer has already created a buzz in tinsel town with Karan Johar writing: "Sooraj Barjatyainspired me to be a director! Am standing first in line to see his labour of love!", and Vivek Agnihotri posting that "@BeingSalmanKhan will take BO to some other level with #PremRatanDhanPayo Suraj will shine this Diwali. FOR SURE".

During a chat session with Twitterati, when a question about "what would he like to say @BeingSalmanKhan for PRDP #AskSrk" surfaced, Shah Rukh extended his support to the team of Sooraj Barjatya's film.

He shared: "My love and best wishes to the whole team."

Salman will offer his fans a Diwali blast this year with "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo", which also stars Sonam Kapoor. He's returning in an innocent avatar as Prem - an onscreen name he has taken on several times in the past. And the first look has already sent a message that the film will be all about love, fantasy and romance.

SRK and Salman are known for their bittersweet bond off-screen, but on the big screen, they have shared the frame in films like "Karan Arjun", "Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam" and "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai".

Over some time now, it seems they are writing a new chapter of healthy competition in Bollywood as Shah Rukh unveiled the first look of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", and Salman has maintained that there will be 'double dhamal' with his "Sultan" and Shah Rukh's "Raees" releasing on Eid in 2016.

"Audiences will see me in double size. My training for 'Sultan' has started; so I need to get bigger and fitter for the role," Salman, who at 49, is fit as a fiddle, told IANS in an interview.

He still puts hours into his workout regime and fitness routine. Still, the "Dabangg" star is putting all his energy to get in form for the role as a wrestler in Ali Abbas Zafar's "Sultan", which is said to be packed with high-octane action.

While "Sultan" will hit the screens on Eid 2016, Salman will also offer his fans a Diwali blast this year with "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo". He's teaming up with Sooraj Barjatya after 16 years, and returns in an innocent avatar as Prem - an onscreen name he has taken on several times in the past.

But the actor, one of the highest paid actors of Bollywood and whose "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" turned out to be a blockbuster, is not pinning any hopes on any of his future projects.

"If it has to work it will work and if it doesn't have to work, it will not. Our job is to do our best, our job is to work, publicise it as much as we can, and hope fans really enjoy the film. After that, it is up to the fans that they go and watch it if like it or not," he said.

For now, Salman is geared to host "Bigg Boss Nau", which will premiere on Colors channel on October 11.

Unlike Amitabh Bachchan, Salman and Aamir Khan are yet to be seen in a fiction entertainer on the small screen. Shah Rukh Khan of course began his career with TV, but after becoming a cine star, he too hasn't featured on a TV drama.

Asked about this, Salman said: "It's always the monetary thing...if those TV shows start paying as much as you are getting in films, then I think people will start doing TV like they are doing films.

"And since the TV industry is almost ten times bigger than the film industry, I don't see why that doesn't happen.

He is however hopeful. It's going to change... at least I hope it does," said the star, who is also looking forward to finding out who will participate in "Bigg Boss" this time.

Every year around the time of the show's launch, anticipation surrounding the line-up of contestants rises to a new level. The guessing game has been on this time too!

This year names like Radhe Maa, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, Ankit Gera, Neha Marda andRoopal Tyagi have come up.

Salman says "the surprising thing is that I also get to know that they are entering the house on the spot only".

"Bigg Boss", an Indian version of a hugely popular international format, features celebrity contestants locked up in a purpose-built house under camera surveillance for about three months.

Zee TV's upcoming reality show, I Can Do That, is all set to hit the channel on this 17thOctober. The show is an adaptation of an American show based on stunts and other strenuous live performances. It will be produced under its home production "Essel Vision" productions and will be hosted by the versatile actor Farhan Akhtar.

The production house has reportedly roped in many popular celebrities from the entertainment industry. One of them is the handsome Dino Morea, who shares his experience about the show.

The actor had a conversation with Telly Buzz on the eve of the launch of the show. He says, "The difference between this Indian version of the show is that it is much difficult than the original version. I wish I get there. We try to learn these acts but it's physically very tough. But I make sure that I am determined and do what I wish to. Talking about my film front, I hope we get something good to see. You know you need just one Friday and people forget everything".

It seems that the actor is very excited about the show. However, there is a lot more for his fans to see in this upcoming show. But entertainment is guaranteed.
