Anu, I heard it is raining heavily in Mumbai. Enjoy the rains, and send some here.

Farz, how was your Eid celebrations. I'm still reading the WU for Ishqbaaz, mainly for Om and his backstory as well as front story. That way it is easier to not get connected or annoyed by the characacters.

Nams, I've just begun watching BBT, and man, seriously, its addictive. I can't wait to finish work to watch it. Such comic characters, all 4 of them.

Lets talk GOT after you've finished each episode. I've already watched the first two episodes, waiting for you to begin. They've even more awesome the second time round, especially the dialogs. They make so much more sense after the many seasons.

Btw, how does a a web series work? Meaning, who provides the finance? T There is no channel, so no trp pressure but that also means no money from the channel. hey've taken some pretty hot stars there. That must've cost money. Will the money that they get from ads suffice to produce a series?

I see TVF videos and its a riot ...and few other comedy stuff mostly parodies and all . Theres one on GoT about a bunch of dads sneaking in and watching ...will share it with you . These guys make a lot of cool funny videos

Happy Birthday Anu! <3 Yes I am not adding belated because Faru told me birthdays are celebrated for a week and am just in time, 7 days are not up yet ;) Also I realised why should there be one designated day to celebrate.

Wish you lots of love and happiness! So glad the friendship which started with discussions over a show has gone so much more beyond that we can now discuss anything and everything under the sun!
You give us reasons to smile and lift up our spirits. Your knowledge about the various subjects from the latest happenings to sports to travelling are really insightful and precious to me. Hope you have a simply amazing year ahead! <3

Thank you so much Gita for the birthday wishes! *hugs* How do I even apologise for not replying earlier :((( I am actually having an intership where our phones are kept in custody whole day and only returned once the office timings are over.
And once I get my phone back I mostly spend my time chatting and gushing about the shows am watching *hides out of embarrassment* I should have been here much earlier to reply anyhow! So so sorry!

Ishqbaaaz: I liked the first week. Loud and filmy but still found it quite entertaining to watch. Second week onwards, I can't help but agree with you both Gita and Faru. The soul is lacking. There's nothing so charming about the story except Om. The promos looked so slick and posh but in the episodes the Oberoi mansion looks so unimpressive. Khan Villa had simple yet classy interiors in comparision. And Shivaay's dressing sense is just meh too.

The sibling bond I didn't feel any except in one or two scenes between Om and Shivaay.

Surbhi C, I feel even though she does a good job in some of the scenes where is she required to be loud, her forte are really the subtle scenes where there is much to be conveyed through silence and eyes. No wonder she won my heart from her very first scene as Haya.

Nakul has Hrithik Roshan's voice but simply lacks screen presence and charm. His character comes across as caricaturish at times.

Om stands out indeed. (Who would have thought there would come a day when we'll like, appreciate and admire a long hair guy in a 4Lions show! 😆 )

Am waiting to see Neha! Hoping her character is well etched and makes a mark. She's so gorgeous and adorable. And such a good actress as well! Deserves so much more recognition.

Also will be interesting to see who they cast opposite Om, as the actress who was to play the role is no longer a part of the show.
