did they show Shakti Anand in the scene ?who knows your wish come true You see Hiten and Shashank in one frame

No they did not show anyone else in the scene Its only Anant playing with a child and the VO said Anant will now work as child specialist in Jaitsar Hospital but segments are of scenes which they are now shooting Shashank stopped shooting on 30th July so Shashank won't be there 😭
