See they are just kids and she can see it from their perspective too.

She is the neutral third party who understands parents and children's view on the issue.

They made a mistake by running away then they came back to senses so they returned home - in her opinion and decided to live with their respective families and continue as friends till they are adults -the kids already corrected their mistake.

It is the parents who are not letting the issue die natural death they are hell bent on seperating the kids on one side and the other lady is just closing eyes to reality regarding her daughter.

Her stand on Mannu's case was clear from the beginning.

She wanted the parents to talk to him and wanted him to understand his parents views.

She said the same when Mannu landed at her home after Ratan died

Her stand was same when Jagya was screaming at Mannu after he caught Mannu and Pooja together . She wanted him to explain to Mannu

Then when they brought them back she supported Dsa's stand be friends with each other and live with parents.

She only is not against their friendship but very much against marriage.
