We had earlier informed you that Siddhant Karnick is playing the role of a prince, Rana Indravadhan Singh Deo, who has a painful past. We now know WHO that past is - Jayna Tida! The British Indian actor has been roped in to play Siddhant's ex-wife who is now dead. She is the reason why Indravadhan won't warm up to Gayatri aka Drashti Dhami.
Though Jayna is making her TV debut with the show, she has appeared in quite a few commercials and has also essayed an important role in an Australian musical, The Merchants Of Bollywood.
Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani will go on air on July 27 and we just can't wait to catch the Drashti and Siddhant's sizzling chemistry.
