First wash moong dal keep it aside
Thn ready all ingridence like onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste..

u can make moong daal by 2 way either boil it first nd thn tadaka lagao or first cook masala first thn put dal in it... m doing second method so k will give that

First presser cooker main oil dalo, thhoda garam hone do thn first cumin sheed, asafoetida, black paper,cloves... In sab ko ko bari bari dalo uske bad ussme curry leaves nd green chilies don't forget to turn flame low other wise wo upar udega...
Dono ka colour thoda change ho tab tak pakao..
now add chopped onion nd ginger garlic paste... onions slight golden ho tAb tak pakana hai... onion ko jyaga cook mat hone dena

Now add all dry masala red chili,turmeric nd dhaniya jeera powder... (note u already Put green chillies so red chilli powder according to how much spicy u eat) add little water nd masalo Kotha thoda bhuno

After few min add moong dal tamoto nd salt as per taste...
Add 3 4 glass water nd cover pressure cooker

Nd 3 4 whistle Ur moong dal ready😊

a small shop was there in trivandrum- whenever we used to go there- my dad will take us there-

gujarathi people hotel- not hotel actually-a small shop- and the food it was really delicious- there i tasted it - still cant forget it- after all these years-

Anjy when u open cooker first chk the consistency..
agar pani jyada ho jaye to soak kardo nd kam ho jaye to add it..


Also grind dal just a little so it mix well don't grind it much dal jyada tooti to maza nahi ayega..

U cam cook moong also with same recipe

But if u want to make moong dal w/o chhilka thn its slightly diff from this

Use Milk bread and add a glass of milk on the side. Else a cup of yoghurt. Or Paneer sandwich😃

Arrey put veggies, tomato, cucumber, sauteed veggies in soups⭐️

Get creative with Sandwiches and soups😡

Now a days am after healthy food
will cook something and will explain the hidden treasures

Eat dhal- it is a store house of protiens- if u want to grow big and tall- eat it- 😆

poor my son- now a days he is dreaming of driving a car-

am blackmailing him to eat all these- so that his leg will reach the accelerator 😆

The recipe you gave is with whole moong or moong dal ?
and what about that khatta meetha daal, you were talking in previous pages..
