You don't really need to spend much time at all and still watch all that!

catch an epi of a serial(any doesn't matter)

next day another...those promo ads will fill in until u watch the same serial next...that way even if u skip for a coupla weeks, you still get the feeling you know all...

AND

the best part

you can skip all the extreme horridness!

Otherwise..all crap serials have one horridly mahanta /zero or zerione and a dadi...sometimes dadi's villain n smtimes saas or bahu...all in all the characters are the same

Timing problems...never got past Suits season 1.

Only thing I religiously caught up was TBBT and repeats of Friends... my dinner time...
