i think you click on the frames where you want the text to be stroked but yeah the text should be at bottom
i think she did it for all of the frames, written the text and then stroked it. And then the ones that she didn't need the text, she just made the text unseen on those frames (the eye button)lol idkbut yeah! the text is better at the bottom..i prefer using calibri or tahoma for it.
