the thing is, after all this 13 years, this punishment means nothing ...add 20 years more now ...HC and SP still remaining ... useless judiciary !

i heard the victims today...all they want is compensation ... Which was served to them by him and the govt. ... if the victims got what they want then why is he being punished ?

its not like he is a professional murderer and he will go back to killing people if he is not thrown in jail ...

once when asked him about his marriage, he had said i have so many cases, what will happen to my wife n kid if i m thrown in jail? if he really meant this, then this judiciary has already denied him a family of his own ... for a crime he had not intended to perform...

and i dnt agree with people who are saying, after killing people, all charity work is of no use ..why? ... its not like he kills people in night and does charity in morning ... if you can see the tears of victims, then you should also see the smile he has put on many faces... if you are counting all the bad he has done, then count the good too ...

i dnt know if he has done all this so that he can show to the court that he has been doing all this charity all this years...but the real deal this ...just like victim's tears are real, the smile he has put on many faces are real too ...

So can't the victim's family withdraw the case? If they can then why aren't they?

Even if the hitting wasn't intentional still running away was...and drunk driving is so irresponsible.This can be said about every person who has caused accidents while being drunk...you don't drink and drive, not only is that the law but if you do drink and drive it also says how less regard you have for human lives
