You wanted ice cream, I wanted drinks. I think we should have rum n raisin ice cream. Drink ka drink aur ice cream ka ice cream ho jaayega 😆.

I loved tonight's epi of WNKKHS. I loved last night's slightly more though. I'm totally loving the Hassan-Bano scenes. And again there were three scenes in the epi. Gosh Hassan/Fawad is such a charmer. Fawad lovers, never have dinner between 8 and 8.30 pm kyunki nivaala haath mein hi rahega aur aapka mooh khula ka khula reh jaayega. Talking through experience 😆.

I also loved Suraiya-Salim scenes and chemistry. I find Suraiya's jewellery too loud.

I too liked today's epi but yesterday's was too good...

I just go all lost when Hassan comes onscreen. .. since its not dinner time for me then that problem is not there😆

But yet today I was trying to cover daughter's books during the epi and the moment hassan comes onscreen my hands stop all work ... after this kept repeating my daughter was scared I would spoil her books so she told me " mom do it after ur show"

But I didn't get ...why is salim and Suraiya not allowed to meet even after their wedding😕

Looks like your daughter is slowly getting to know your lauu for Fawad Afzal Khan 😆.

In those days even a married couple was not allowed to go out so freely except when it's a pilgrimage or a journey to the girl's maika.

i did took a short nap :) u guys were busy eating ice cream 😕

what a cruel world it is ..and what a hefty price to pay

It's totally unfair to blame/bash either of them tbh. But I found a few of the jokes really hilarious, I won't deny.

yay

since i was lagging behind i sat on youtube and saw the first three episodes ...till some parts of fourth where the story takes a turn !

now the episodes on net are 35 min long so i guess im ready to see tonight s episode if i get time !

I have complained many a times about the pace but seeing it back to back without ad i felt a beautiful flow ! The scenes are very true to the backdrop ...the furnitures the ambience the sleeping on the terrace ..and the lovely costumes with the embroidery ...very well done

Anu agree suraiya's jewellery are so loud that the morning after i failed to recognize her 😆 she is a delicate beauty ...that era is captured well ...the tehzeeb and the pardah everything !

but most of all i like banu ..slightly chubby cheeks and like i said she reminds me of someone ..after watching it today ..i figured it our ..its divya bharati !

slight resemblance albeit in the mannerisms and the face

fawaad is spot on .( dont blame u girls for overlooking other facts of life ) his mom seems to be a strong character too ...!

and most of all im intrigued by the context and setting of the show a lot !

last but not least i plan to see it !!! for me it remains dastaan ..the original name !

Nams, agree with you. Sanam Baloch does resemble Divya Bharti, esp the cheeks and jawline. I actually don't mind the pace at all coz I don't find it slow. Actually if Fawad just stands there doing nothing I would still watch it 😆. Kidding.

What I like about the show is that the scenes with leads form a major part of the epi yet the supporting cast isn't ignored. Everyone seems to be having a significant part to play. And there are so many actors in both households. In such scenarios even if the leads don't appear on screen for more than a min or two in an epi somewhere down the line you don't mind coz the supporting cast has got your attention anyways. I think that's the mark of a good show. Even though I love the Hassan-Bano scenes, I must admit that if this show was all about these two I would get terribly bored (even with Fawad around) like I did with QH2 for about a month before Seher arrived coz till then it was mostly about SaHil.

I look forward to watch the next epi every night at 8.30.

Neenu, all Pak shows earlier used to be 50 mins to one hour. Nowadays most of the shows are just half an hour. Have you noticed? Do you think they are all of one hour duration but cut short to half the time so that they run longer? 😕.
