As far as i know,majority of thread members are Indians including me..sorry in advance..it's only my personal view..Recently i read about Microsoft CEO sathya Nadella..He is an indian by orgin..He spend most of the years in US only..He hardly mentioned anything about India in his interviews..But here everyone behaves like he is an indian..,indian orgin,indian intelligence and all..o.k..it's proud that he has an indian orgin..But it's looks like ,people wants to prove that just becoz he is indian,he got all dis achievements..

sorry to say " par hamey saare credits chahiye,lekin doosro ko credit dena hamare bass Ki baat nahi.."..yeh mentality achi nahi hai..

samething happens with Jodha Akbar too..MUZ toh sherni hai..kyu Ki woh hamare yeha Ki hai..yeh ghar wala -baharwala mentality kabhi khatam nahi hoga..Yeha Ki logo Ki antar bhi bahut partiality hai..

Kabhi kabhi mujh par dora padta hae ... Fikr not kal sae phir mute ho jaungi ...lol...

By the way where is khushi... Adi and sandy also come very less ...but khushi is total gayab ... Missing her

If u like historical shows watch raZia sultan ... Making is awesome yaar ... Razia sultan , her mother and her sister even her maid is so beautiful

I m history miniac ... So i m Watching ...in start i watch every historical show ...

Sara will try but m moving myself away from senseless daily soaps and also all bakwaas bollywood movies. .i m more into meaningful reading and few good Hollywood movies...yahan to rajat ne fasa ke rakha hai na wo nikle na hum kahin jayein...i too miss khushi..!

Sara nd others im saying sorry in advance if my words hurts sumone. Noone is perfect in this world. Every great kings has their faults whether its akbar, prc, ashoka or anyone else. I hope the audience becomes mature enough to accept tht rather than blind patriotism. For me whether its prc, ashoka MP or akbar everyone has their contributions for our country. So I req just like mandali lets not try to prove who was greater than whom. I know tht its sad the audience mentality is always biased nd I feel horrible about tht but at the same time as an indian I don't want to bring comparisons of other great kings as well. Just like akbar's degradation hurts me, comparison of MP will also hurt me. Its just my opinion. I hope u understand.

Agree in toto. Comparison itself is bad and if done between Emperors is even more bad. 😆

Akbar is a very distinguished human being above all and that's why I like him even more ; His kingly qualities are an added bonus.

Pratap is my hero ; I was crying in Udaipur near chetak's statue - Husband and son ran away from there 😆 and said they will not come with me anywhere 😃 - I did not cry for HINDU pride etc but his destiny of roaming around and instability and his perservarance against all odds.

I like Akbar and Pratap in some kind of equal measure - Is n't that strange ? But each one did their karma, given their circumstances.

Ashoka is okie dokie for me till now - Have not done much research but having a state religion puts me off.

Absolutely fantastic characterization and it is so very endearing to me.
