The MEASURED tone in which he says..."Nandini...I...hate you"...that is what is so ominous...that he is saying everything with so much SURETY...it's not the ranting of someone out of their mind with anger...it's the eerie calm of someone who's just frozen over like hell inside.


But ofcourse there is the ironic contrast of the fact that he needed to pull her CLOSE to deliver his verdict of hate😆...sorta negated his words there only...lol

And LOL the sound mixing was SO terrible...they randomly muted out one last "I hate you" he says to her before turning away as well...and something was off with the editing overall only cuz the color palette suddenly faded a bit right after Manik says, "Who told you that I love you?"...and then it randomly came back in the end when he's telling her he doesn't give a shit about Nyo and stuff.
