Chakor was mortgaged while she was still in her mother's womb and Nandini is going to be married off even before she could stand on her own two feet.

I am dreading about what kind of fate awaits the kids who will be coming in the new shows of Rangeela channel

Looks like television has moved on from showcasing suffering women to suffering children😛

Lols now people are mad with T for not quitting the show because as long as she is in BV they can't expect to see their fav pait T- Sid in any other show😛😉😆

Talking about leaps and leads reasons to continue or quit

Heard that SNS is taking a big leap where the story will shift to gen next who are young adults.

Gopi Bahu was apparently not happy but they persuaded her to stay by promsing her strong tracks and new look for the role. So decided to continue for now.After all there is so much cmpetition and there is so much of uncertainity even if one signs a new show there is no guarentee that it will take off because a fews shows were scrapped even before they went on air.

Some months back there was news about Simar quitting the show because she was not happy with the way her role is shaping up but after putting in her papers she walked back because it was safer to continue

Now it looks like they promised Asiya a stronger presence if not in terms of footage at least role wise by making her a doctor

Wonder what Toral is getting out of it - Apart from tracks even if they are going to showcase a strong woman will she get a new look and more powerful antagonists? Playing Anandi in itself is a big thing.

Now the trend seems to be stories where children are the protagonists.

So where does it leave the male leads?I feel bad for them.

I think BV is the only show despite being a family drama revolving around issues of social significance and dealing with social evils and having two strong female leads Anandi and Dsa still gave such memorable and unique male leads Jagya and Shiv.I don't think either of the actors who played these roles will ever get such unique and distinct roles on TV.I am sure they will remain in people's memories as Shiv and Jagya

But why only the leads - Bhairon who is such a positive character and yet not a lead still a strong male character'

Basant another distinct character

Then came Daddu who is such a perfect foil to Dsa and both the actors Daddu and Dsa had such perfect chemistry on screen

Will we ever get to see such male characters which are so distinct each coming with his own personality and contributing the story in his own way? I doubt it.

We have to hand it to the writers who created so many beautiful characters that too in a family drama which is usually dominated by women in most shows.

It looks good only people who are tall and slim with curves in the right places.

It doesn't look good on Majority of Indian women - but still it continues - I guess most of the women don't know what style and cut suits them

I am slim but because I am just five feet tall it doesn't go well with me - I look puffy and short in these kind of dresses.

For the same reason I can't wear those nice long skirts too - It is so difficult to get calf length skirts in Indian style that too which goes well with my age.

People like me who are small and petite can wear only close fitting dresses - and for that I am asked to shop in teen section😡

Why doesn't it occur to dress makers that there are women who are older but still are slim built😡
