There is a french deli near my place that serves the best chocolate cake... moist, crumbly, right amount of sweetness that is balanced with chocolaty bitterness

... Gosh it is so damn unbelievable... When I am tired mentally a piece of that cake with a single scoop of ice cream has a way to cheering me up like no other... 😆
