The main aim of the show is the fulfillment of the lil' girl's dream and how her Mother and her sports teacher take part in that struggle. They both coming together in that course is only a by product of the achievement of that dream...fueled by the pain they have undergine in their respective pasts...so, there is no necessity of any f/ther drama, once the girl is set to achieve what she wants...the trio can come together or may not...just remain good friends and be with each other and for each other...happily ever after.

After TV show Khushiyon Kii Gullak Aashi featuring Naman Shaw and Helly Shah, the channel has decided to pull the plug on yet another TV show Piya Basanti Re.

Both the shows were launched on September 1 along with the channel. While Khushiyon Koi Gullak Aashi will end on December 6, Piya Basanti Re, which features Adaa Khan and Alan Kapoor as the lead couple, will breathe its last on December 12. Adaa confirms, "The show is number two on the channel and yet is being shut abruptly.They informed us that the shoot will wrap up in four days."

Rumour also has it that another show titled Tum Saath Ho Jab Apne, which has Barkha Bisht as the protagonist, will also end along withPiya Basanti Re.
