Radhish is not common in kerala

we use carrot and beetroot-

radhish very very rare-

never tasted it

is it good

btw radhish is a good bleach-😆

Ya, eat raw. With salt and lemon. Bheery tasty.

Star fruit too...eat raw with sakt. Maybe make veggie out if it too. Never eaten though...

Normally eaten raw...with Salads..

NI s make Mooli parathaas...I like them...

Grate them finely, put salt and after some time, squeeze / take away all the water that comes, grind with green chilli and ginger... this is stuffing for parathas...

Tastes very good with sweetened curd 😆

My MIL make sambar with only mooli...no onions or tomatoes also...😆
