You think that is Sanam. Well, maybe the switch happens post the party and pre nikaah.

And My guess is there is no bomb in the dupatta. Billi is just using it to get Sanam all worked up and blame her.

Added with intoxicating Sanam, I think she wants to prove to Ahil that Sanam is not really that good.
