And you know, i think people dont really like watching only love story ... especially in india ... ipk was not only about arshi ... it was not only about their love story ... and thats why it was a massive hit online as well as trp wise ... except few intense scenes ... ipk can be easily qualified as romantic comedy; here all credit to mad raizada clan and khushi ... and whatever people blame gul khan of giving more importance to her hero... but we cant deny that she makes her FL , a household name ... and thats where the trp comes from... more than the show... those trp people get attached to the FL, to their pain and sorrows...

MB got trp in start and that followed for a year or so... why?? because despite of it being a love story , and promoted as same ... it started with a woman's struggle to save her baby , a "woman" you see... there;s were the trp audiences connect ... and after the leap too... it started with madubala's struggle-- and gained trp audience ... but as soon as its shifted only to love story and the FL became unbearable, the audiences faded away ...

same with BI .. its promoted as a love story ... but was shown the usual stuff, saas trying to get ride of her bahu... a very loved concept of trp audiences 😆 and got trp in the start ... and then the trp dropped when it shifted to only love story and its still the same ...

And RR's major fall was there... the makers never tried to make paro a household name... a beautiful character ... but was never given much importance and it affected the trp ... and thus RR never got the trp the makers expected ...

You have read IPK007's story , right?? she maintains the perfect balance and her story is mostly from khushi's POV ... and i love it ...
