Actually organizing is real fun when tasks are decided among various teams and everyone takes it as a responsibility to get the task assigned done on time and no body interferes in other's work. We do have creative and fun ideas, but in all pragmatic senses there are more problems creeping every day which cuts out the fun part. 😭

And it is tiring. You are hardly left with much time for your own self.
