Oh my time for new CC is coming close and I am still struggling with a concept as Ruchi Behen offered me to do the honors.

Are there any other volunteers or I get to shoulder the responsibility this time???

Trivia: While making halwa after frying part is done, I put it in the microwave for thickening.

It saves time and no hassle of stirring constantly and no burning.

I made the sweetcorn halwa like this. Each oven is different so, use trial and error method of timerng the oven 4 to 5 minutes and cook
