there can be two possibilities ...
Either he is working on 4th..(wich i doubt...as it wud be too early)
Or mitali would have resumed the shoot..or she must be resuming it..and wud be completing it..in a long schedule...
And is keeping hush hush about it...as she must not need any negativity or distractions from fans consistent twitter/fb queries
