I think I am the first one who watched Humsafars live so giving an update and also don't want to have an Jurmana imposed by J for not being to the party.

All I can say is this story is IPK meets ZGH.

Gul has mastered the technique of repeating scenes and character sketches in all her shows. She might have watched ZGH after she got done with her show IPK so now in this show she has inserted the 3 sisters staying with her mom after the father left part.

Starting montage where in girl and boy cross each other - check

A catch phrase for the female lead ("Allah Knows" in this case) - check

Male lead who is very arrogant and doesn't understand emotions - check

A girl who doesn't care about her difficulties but tries to help others - check

Both the leads getting entangled in a fight on their first meet - check

Female lead in male lead's arms - check

A pet which is there for some scenes - check

Only difference is there doesn't seem to be a Rabbave going in the background. Baaki sab it is same to same and yes in the episode true to 4Lions shows - lot of logic questions. Over all a bland imitation of ZGH mixed with IPK. Waiting for snark reports from everyone.

Since everything else is recycle and reuse, the difference...albeit minor ones...

Parrot (instead of goat) - works beautifully for the repeat everything philosophy 😉

BMW instead of helicopter - whether just for opening episode or longer...depends on how kangal they still are...if the polyester suits are any indication...then...phront phront...

ML hairy hobo from day one...instead of after Gul effect...😉

FL lead...GUL reincarnate...Kumbh mele mein bichdi hui...😛

Edit : forgot to mention that all credit to Gul's originality ML is Mumbaiwala and not Dilliwala! So we can look forward to Mumbai mein shanghai instead of Dilli mein Bali! 😛

J- hilarious hilarious post...unfortunately can't post there anymore...I was rofling so much both during the show n reading ur take...reminded me of the days of yore...ab show ke baare mein Kya Kahoon...it is heavily inspired from ipk n zgh n if it is implied on the forum, people should take it with a pinch of salt...anyways, I don't wanna create any trouble here...so be it...I mean every step of the way, we were being reminded...imli not jalebi, tota not bakri, scooter in the beginning, fashion mogul in Lucknow, fashion show of fashion mogul in Lucknow, meeting ground in second episode...I actually still remember the precap of second episode as well of the original show... Anyways, can't b emphasized more that the hair needs to go...c'mon Gul...I'm going to watch ur show despite the above so please to comply...he he...of course sec inspiration is my dear zgh...not just abandoning dad but also three sis, youngest loves books, middle pretty one, eldest samajhdaar one...aagey aur bataoongi...btw vista, I really loved the Lucknow shots...somehow despite living not so far away from ur town, I was never able to visit it coz of forever canceling plans, so loved the views...now I want Some ganjing scenes as well...kafi suna hai...aur agar tokri chaat ki shakal bhi dikha den toh I'll be uber glad...sorry sorry...sometimes the foodie takes over...anyways, all said n done...I'll be watching the show...coz I'm a fool n a sucker for m n b romance...Kya Karoon 😳
