Jamy book review for palace of...since all r reading it nowadays.

Madhura the writing style of POI is brilliant, outstanding. It is a must read book. It is written as the life story of Draupadi told in her own words. She is presented as a very powerful woman struggling herself with the mean world around. Her lonely childhood, rejections and other mental struggles are depicted very well. The only odd part (as appeared for me) is Draupadi visiting Bheeshma on his death bed. I won't write about the storyline more. And what I loved the most about the book is the portrayal of Draupadi-Krishna friendship. That is brilliant. All together, I give a 4.5/5 for the book.

Palace of illusions has a brilliant narration Khushi. But I don't like some parts of it.
