I suggest you dont make it a practice to reply individually to each comment. That puts pressure when you become famous! he he..

Just put one comment saying thanks all for commenting , how much you value them etc. Readers understand. For a very detailed and thoughtful comment you can reply.

Also many readers like me are more interested in getting a regular update and story finished than indiv reply!

My 10 minute break turned longer, and I was just browsing through random RR forum posts and found many stating - Sanaya Irani cannot act and Ashish Sharma is a far far better actor and he overshadows her in every scene and blah blah blah.

Remember IPKKND forum, how people used to say, Barun is wooden, he cannot act and Sanaya Irani is an infinitely better actress, blah blah blah.

Although frankly I don't give a damn, rather I tend to enjoy these posts, when the fans of either parties come with gusto to cast a death knell over those who dared to say not-so-good things about their idol. They are so entertaining, in fact in my early days at IPKKND forum reading those posts, initially albeit I was shocked but later I felt my fingers itch to type something bitchy to either parties and let more high voltage drama unleash. 😆 Although hell, I am incapable of stirring such jubilance!!

But my question is why people do this, because clearly I cannot deem this psyche as something as innocent as expressing an opinion. We all know all the respective actors have given their best, they are all very talented. Of course being humans they cannot deliver the same every time, but one has to be totally blind or something to feel that either of Sanaya and Barun are bad actors!

And if just some sadistic streak to instigate particular section of members is the purpose of these posts, then why do people give heed to the miscreants, why let these threads run over 50 pages, why not simply ignore?

I mean seriously yar, he was wooden and impassive because his role demanded him to be that. And how could one miss the subtle display of emotions under such restricting circumstances?

And he emoted so well with his eyes. In many episodes he barely had any dialogues and still u cud read this thoughts. Remember the scene after he sees Khushi and Shyam on the terrace and then learns abt his pregnant sis? There when he breaks down in front of his car - that is one the best ever scenes of the show and perhaps the best performance i hv seen by any tv actor.

Nevertheless, as you mentioned I chose to ignore such remarks. I agree they are not as innocent as expressing an opinion. They are simply meant to instigate and hence the initiators shud not be given any response. they'll automatically be discouraged, but kya karen jab kuch emotions par atyachaar hota hai, to control nai honda! 😆

I stay away from all these threads. They turn so nasty after few pages and personal attacks start.
I like SI's and BS's acting. In fact that was also one strong factor contributing to the IPK success me thinks!
Otherwise there are many good looking dumb actors too!
However after movie offer I found BS simply losing interested and many times shabby!

After a long time I felt like giving a try to RR bcos of SI and AS was a surprise find! I actually think he is equally good actor (in fact better) than BS (Maybe more methodical like Nasir or Irfan ..Could be bcos of training or theatre background! SI is briliant actress too but many times writers and directors just spoil her character like peon comedy in IPK or baby expressions , Not giving depth to Paro in RR! But overall she is quite good.

I must be the only person who liked BS even more after the Mad-mid-ass fiasco. No, not because he made an apparent blunder by signing that movie but because of the playfulness brought to his character in those July- August episodes. ASR before kidnap was a rather grim character, the only time he threw the garbs of the poker faced Arnav was while dallying with Khushi during the short period of Akash-Payal wedding. Before he became all angsty again.

I for one wasn't even expecting a redemption track, who would make him redeem anyway? Khushi had already bestowed him with her forgiveness.

In fact I am reminded of this episode after kidnap, which I totally enjoyed to the fullest. ASR in my opinion was never more delicious than this.

I remember the bickering of my parents over the subject. My dad had wanted to discuss something urgent with my mom and she was busy ogling the dude. When my dad stood in front of the TV which he was hardly covering anyway, mom got pissed.

Mom : Hato samne se

Dad: Kyun

Mom: Dekhne do yaar, kitna handsome ladka hai

Dad: (who used to look like Sylvester Stallon in his youth): Woh handsome hai toh uski wife khush ho. Uske saath kaam kar rahi actress khush ho. Why are you so happy?

Mom: I am happy staring.

Watching this drama unfold in front of my eyes, I was like 🤣

But I so wanted proper redemption. It was unbelievable Khushi forgiving him so easily. but then falling in love with somebody who piled on so many atrocities on you was even more unbelievable right?
Arnav's deeds were beyond redemption actually lekin sab kuch maaf on screen!
